Fabrication Technology for high-temperature superconducting circuits

Supracon is advancing with the establishment of a new fabrication technology for high temperature SQUIDs with stepped edge junctions.
This technology will allow improving reproducibility and performance of the sensors in the future.

Supracon will be applying latest technological capabilities in the cleanroom of the Leibniz Institute of Photonic Technologies to develop and optimize the fabrication process.

This project is supported by the Free State of Thuringia with funds from the European Social Fund.
